Andy has over a decade of experience in officiating sail boat racing from judging and umpiring to rules advising and lodging appeals against protest committee decisions and measurement at events. 'The Rules Guy' is here to support clubs, classes, teams and sailors in the education of the rules, development of rules and governance for clubs and classes.
